Kevin is a communications specialist with more than 40 years of experience and a former Director of Communications at British Airways. He has worked across a wide variety of sectors and geographies, often having to counsel leaders on how to deal with significant challenges, including global crisis management. He has advised the likes of BskyB, Fujitsu, Gazprom, SABMiller, Airbus, Lloyds TSB, McLaren F1, Emirates Airline, Vauxhall, British Gas, Permira, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Adobe and Allen & Overy.

With nearly 30 years experience in the advertising and communications industry, Colin is able to work with leaders and their organisations to make their communications crisp, inspiring and engaging. In recent years Colin has spent much of his time designing and developing different approaches to communications skills coaching and has experience of working with hundreds of leaders in major FTSE 100 businesses.

Stephen works with organisations to help them align their people behind strategy and get the most from their ongoing investment in people costs. Formerly Director and Partner of The Hay Group, he focussed on supporting organisations in areas such as change, culture, communication and employee engagement. He is currently the UK President for the International Association of Business Communicators and combined with a strong Marketing and PR background this gives him cross-disciplinary insight to help solve his clients’ problems.
Richard helps clients to build and deliver outstanding brand and communications performance. Having trained in marketing at Ford Motor Company, Richard went on to help develop leading international communications agency, Imagination, taking responsibility for consultancy, creative and client services. After setting up and later selling his own brand and communications agency, Richard has spent the last ten years working closely with clients looking to build their leadership position. Client assignments range from strategic message mapping and narrative development, through to communications experience design. At the core of Richard’s skills is the focus on improving personal performance in the delivery of compelling communications.
Caroline has over 20 years experience in advertising, branding and communications as Client Service Director to leading national and international brands. Having worked with Colin for several years in the past, she is now working with him again, helping to grow the business and managing the finances and operations as well as client services. She understands the complex corporate culture issues often associated with working with large organisations and has built up a reputation for always ensuring that client and consultants work seamlessly together, whether it be on a 1 to 1 support programme or a worldwide programme of group coaching.
Lucy has worked for Colin since for 5 years since she graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Business Management. She is responsible for coordinating projects and coaching programmes, operations, client budgets and the general day to day running of the office.
In the short time since we launched the CTI Programme we have had the opportunity to discuss it with many of the people with whom we did the initial research. We are looking forward to working with many of them to help improve their leadership communication capabilities.
